How the Licence Works
Clear rules for seats, teachers, and upgrades.
One organisation
Each package is for one approved business or organisation and may not be shared across unrelated tutors, outlets, branches, companies, or entities without written approval.
12-month term
Annual licences are paid upfront and run for 12 months from the agreed activation date. Renewal is manual and there is no automatic renewal.
Seat reassignment
After the initial assignment, a student seat may normally be reassigned once every 30 days when a learner leaves. The previous learner loses organisation-funded access and progress is not transferred.
Additional students
Additional seats are prorated using the effective per-seat rate of the organisation’s current package for the remaining full months. Activation is normally within 1–2 business days after payment. More than 20 seats require a package upgrade or custom quote.
Extra staff access
Additional named Teacher/Admin accounts are SGD 149 per year. Staff accounts are personal and may not be shared.
Upgrades
Mid-term upgrades are based on the package-price difference for the remaining full months. No administration fee applies, and activation is normally within 1–2 business days after payment.

Prices are in Singapore dollars and exclude GST where applicable. Standard organisation setup is included at no additional charge. Packages above 20 student seats require a custom quote. Final access remains subject to approval and the applicable Education Licence Terms.
